All walls and ceilings shall be free of peeling, flaking, chalking, or otherwise deteriorating paint. Observed build up on blinds in front windows. Observed scuffed/peeling walls throughout facility. Observed damaged bathroom door in afterschool room. Observed stained ceiling tiles in front classroom. Needs cleaning/repair. REPEAT
