General CommentsIn reference to the kitchen door being locked: Per the email sent on 1/2/18, "Hey there Ms. Jeanette. It slipped my mind the other week that I was there to inform you that the kitchen door must be locked when not occupied due to the hot water temperature. I informed the employee that was working in the back class, but forgot to mention it to you when we were going over the report. Please take this email as an official notice. If the kitchen door is open or unlocked and not occupied during any future inspections, a provisional will be provided. Thanks, Nykesse Roberts, MPH, REHS." Reinspection will be WITHIN 7 days. Report, Provisional Guidlines, General & Toy Cleaning Guides, & Administrator's Checklist was emailed to jeanettepeake@yahoo.com
