*NOTE: Teacher Ms. Scott-Ross was present during time of inspection. Report was emailed to her at the following: chandra.scott@cms.k12.nc.us #29. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed aerosol Microban cleaner and Lysol cleaner stored on high shelving in classroom A12. CDI, hazardous items were locked behind lock and key. EHS emailed center a hazardous item storage guide. If violation is observed during next inspection, demerits will be taken for violation.

Observed a couple students in classroom B13 with no linen on their mats. Per conversation with teacher, parents are suppose to provide linen and a note has been sent home to parents requesting them to bring linen.
