No demerits were issued for the following: 20. Observed no reported lab results for lead in the water. Ensure that samples are sent over to the lab. **In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7). NOTE: Remove the SIGNET label from the disinfectant bottles that states a 10 minute contact for disinfecting. Center is no longer using product and is currently using bleach water solution.
