#4 Observed infant fridge temp fluctuate from 45-46F and temp rise when door opened. Recommended monitoring temps and replacing. #19 Observed hallway water fountains with build up present between nozzles. #20 Unable to determine if chemical spot test was positive at painted brick below outside vinyl at carport. A lead request will be placed. #27 Observed diaper change completed incorrectly in infants and 1's. Diaper change procedure was explained and reviewed on site. Ms. Judy Fennema was present.
