Judy Fennema was present during the inspection.#26 - Provide soapy water and disinfectant spray bottles in the toilet training restroom (2/3's restoom. Toilet Training Procedure handout was issued.#35 - The care giver in the Toddler room stated that all the mouthed toys were sprayed with sanitizer. **In areas where children are not toilet trained, small mouth contact toys shall be washed, rinsed, sanitized (submerged for 2 minutes), and allowed to air dry, after use and more frequently when visibly dirty. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a).#37 - Observed the wall behind the entrance door of the kitchen has been repair and not finished with paint. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.#46 - No CCA treated wood present.
