Ms. Judy Was present during inspection.#26 Observed bottle of wasp spray stored in 5 ft height but not behind lock and key. Kids were not in room at time of room inspection. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).#37 Observed wall behing wash compartment sink in kitched to have peeling flaking paint. Wall damage was repaired next to hand sink as operator stated was the trouble area from previous inspection. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.#33 Observed stained linen in racoons room in need of changing/replacing. **Individual linen must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f).CCA not present on playground. **Decks build 8/1/13
