General Comment: #29.OBSERVED BOTTLE OF BATHROOM CLEANER STORED ON TOP OF PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER IN GIRLS BATHROOM LOCATED IN HALLWAY NEAR BUS PARKING LOT! STORE TOXIC SUBSTANCES LOCKED AWAY! Teacher assistant gave bottle of bathroom cleaner to janitor to be locked away. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Bathrooms near bus parking lot is used after lunch before children go outside to playground area and upon returning into school after coming in from playground. #34. Tighten loose base on up-right mirror in B4 room. Wipe/dust top of smart board projectors in both classrooms. Discard and replace damaged red bean bag chair in B2 classroom.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #49. Nail down protruding pins in black border surrounding playground equipment.**Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a).
