Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Observed minor stained ceiling tile near handsink in classroom F15. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tile replaced.
