NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #29. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol's, and chemical cleaner stored on high shelving behind curtain in classroom F13. During inspection teacher locked hazardous items up in storage closet behind lock and key. EHS emailed teacher a hazardous item guidance document. *NOTE: Teacher Karen Surles was present during time of inspection, report emailed to her at the following: karenr.surles@cms.k12.nc.us
