General Comment: #29. Observed container of awesome cleaner and white out stored on high shelving in cabinet in F17. Key was stuck in lock and could not be removed. White out and container of awesome placed in locked cabinet in F15 at time of inspection. Work order had been placed! Repair lock on cabinet as soon as possible and do not store or place cleaning products or hazardous products in cabinet until lock is repaired.**All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #34. Observed standing water in sensory table in F17 and children had gone to lunch. Do not let water stand in sensory table for an extended period of time. Highly reocmmend placing water in sensory table 10-15 min before sensory table is used and emptied, clean and sanitized shortly after sensory table is not being used.***Clean and sanitize water play centers and associated toys daily (if used) and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (c ). #39. Monitor and replace bent window blinds on door in F15 and F17.***Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a).
