General Comment: #34. Clean/dust top of smart board projector and pole in both classrooms.***Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #37. Monitor wall behind toilets in bathrooms within room F15 and F17 and repaint if needed. Wall was painted over the summer.***Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. #49. Observed paint wearing from pole on playground fixture. Repaint pole/playground fixture which paint is wearing off.***All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ). #46. Wood on playground benches have been replaced with new wood. Mrs. Gabe and Mrs. Houston present at time of inspection.
