Thoroughly clean base of toilet in both pre k bathrooms. General cleaning around faucet fixture on hand washing sinks in bathrooms. Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a).
General Comment: #34. Observed sealant worn from front of cabinet doors in B-2. Apply another coat of varnish/sealant on front of cabinet doors in B-2. Wipe/dust top of smart board projector. ****Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
