General Comment- No Points Deducted! #16. Monitor water temperature closely at hand washing sinks in bathrooms and classroom area. Today it took 10-15 minutes before hot water temperature reached 80F at hand washing sinks in classroom and bathrooms.***Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at hand washing sinks accessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). #29. Observed container of white out with several warning not properly stored in room B2. Store white out locked away. White out properly stored at time of inspection.****All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #33. Observed linen wearing thin on (1) mat in B6. Monitor and replace worn linen on sleeping mats.***Individual linen must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f). #37.
