General Comment: #34. Observed doors on front of cabinet area in front of hand washing sink in B2 missing varnish/sealant. Teacher already painted front of cabinet in B6 with chalk board paint and will be painting front of cabinet doors in B2 with chalk board paint. Observed top of computer monitors dusty. Dust top of computer monitors! Observed (1)stained pillow in room B2. Clean linen on pillow at least once a week and when visibly soiled. Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822. #30 Observed container of hand sanitizer stored on nurse desk in nurse office. Store hand sanitizer five feet vertical distance out of reach of children. Hand sanitizer properly stored at time of inspection.**Approved non-hazardous products must be stored 5 ft above the floor or behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b), (c ) and (d). #37. Observed walls soiled in B2 and walls also needing some touch-up paint. Clean walls and touch-up paintwalls where needed. Observed water stain on ceiling tiles in B6. Monitor water stained ceiling tiles and repair any roof leaks if needed. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. #12. Observed interior of door of refrigeration unit in B2 soiled. Clean interior of door of refrigeration unit in room B2. Mrs. Kobel and Mrs, DesRavines present at time of inspection. NO CCA wood present.
