NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #20. In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7). Observed no lead water testing sampling completed on www.cleanwaterforcarolinakids.org/data/center/60003455 website. Per conversation with Director center completed required lead water sampling months ago, center is in contact with their licensing consultant to get issue rectified. *NOTE: Director Lauren was present during tome of inspection, report emailed to her at: laurene@providenceprepschool.com
