GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #5. Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a). Observed opened bag of Cheerio' s sealed with tape in School Age classroom. #21. Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed loose toilet seat in 2's classroom restroom. #32. Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a). Observed some cribs mats in infant room beginning to fray around edges of mats *NOTE: Administrator Casey Mullis was present during time of inspection.
