Scoop handles down in granola, craisins, sugar. Scoop handles must be stored out of food. Food stored next to sinks/splash zone in classrooms.**All food shall be stored and handled in a manner that protects it from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d),(f), .2807 (b), and .2808 (e).General Comment #28: Observed Benedryl stored unlocked. Benedryl is NOT emergency medication and must be locked.**Replace torn mattress cover in sick room.**Need quat test strips for sanitizer tabs in kitchen. |
