Needs to be replaced. **Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) 23. Observed box of board games stored on the floor in the restroom between rooms A9 and A11. Needs to be removed. **Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). 37. Observed water stained ceiling tiles in rooms A5, B8, B10 and the main hallway leading to the cafeteria. Work order has been placed. Continue to monitor leaks. Observed wall damage in room A11 behind the door. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
