Replace water stained ceiling tile with microbial growth present in B-12. Tightly secure molding on wall mounted mirror in A-7. Repair wall and repaint wall in A-11 where mirror was removed from wall. Monitor and repair wall where wheel chairs are stored in classroom area and touch-up paint. Monitor and repair walls under window area in classroom where centers are located(A-14) and anywhere else needed. Clean carpet in A-7 and wall behind desk area in A-7. Touch-up paint door framing to classrooms.
