Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d). Observed childcare provider use one wipe for multiple swipes in both direction twice. Discussed proper diaper changing procedures with PIC. Ensure all childcare providers are trained on proper diaper changing procedures and REHS encouraged childcare provide to use diaper changing instructions posted at diaper changing station while performing a diaper change.
