No demerits were issued for the following: 26. Observed disinfectant above 800ppm at the diaper changing table. Water was added to solution and ppm was down to around 750. **Prepare disinfectant between 500-800 ppm chlorine daily. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2801 (7). 32. Observed torn mats. Mats are not currently being used. Informed Mrs. Cooper that mats should be removed if not being used. **Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a).
