Repair base and siding on diaper changing table or replace diaper changing table. Observed loose railing/side on diaper changing table and cracked padding on side railing. Observed base of diaper changing table under padding damaged from soapy water and disinfectant solution being sprayed on surface. Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). |

Replace damaged plush toy/fixture. Damaged doll house removed from daycare at time of inspection. Touch-up paint toy shelving and white chair in classroom area. Loose screws tighten on wooden rocker and bouncy seat secured and repaired at time of inspection. Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
General Comment: #37. Touch-up paint wall in bathroom, fire place mantle and door framing entering into kitchen. |
