Secure railing on ramp at front entrance. Tightly secure loose boards on back section of playground fencing. Observed standing water in two fixture on playground area. Store items on the playground so they do not hold or collect water. General detail cleaning of toys on the playground area.
General Comment: #12. Observed door shelving in refrigeratoion unit cracked. Replace cracked/damaged shelving in refrigeration unit. Mrs. Moore preseent at time of inspection. |
