General Comment: #12. Apply wood sealant to (2)cabinets within the kitchen area. Two cabinets newly installed. ***Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #25. Provide properly mixed disinfectant at all time so diaper changing table can be properly cleaned and disinfected.***The diaper changing surface shall be properly disinfected between each child. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ). #29. Observed non toxic fabric paint in aerosol container stored on high shelving within cabinet area. STORE ANY ITEM IN AEROSOL CAN LOCKED AWAY REGARDLESS IF ITEM IS NON TOXIC OR NOT!****All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).
