-Observed a carton of bulk milk brought in from home without a date and another with last Friday's date (6/29). Both were stored in the class dorm size refrigerators. Employees were informed that milk from home must come in labeled with the name and date and unopened at the beginning of the week, sent home at the end, and stored in the kitchen refrigerator.
Label all food brought from home with the child’s name and the date that the food was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (f)
