General CommentslMs. Quinetta Moore and Ms. Zabrina were present during the inspection. NO DEMERITS WERE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 17. CRITICAL - Ensure the kitchen door is kept locked when not in use so water and other hot beverages in excess of 120F is not accessible to children. 29. CRITICAL - Observed chemical cleaners and other product were stored in the pantry and laundry area within the kitchen. Although the kitchen door is kept locked when not in use, chemical hazards and all aerosols must be stored in a separate locked cabinet or closet. 49 - Observed several outdoor toys with rain water collected from rainstorm on previous night. **Invert or cover toys that have the potential to collect water to prevent a mosquitoe nuisance.
