No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed bulk milk brought in from home not labeled with the date. Child name was written on carton but no date. Date was added. **Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d) 21. Observed toilet seat broke in the restroom adjacent to Meck PreK room. Needs to be repaired. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). 29. Observed Lysol aerosol spray unlocked above 5 feet on shelving. Spray was removed. Critical violation. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).
