NO POINTS DEDUCTED #5 Observed opened bag of cheezits not in sealable container. Any opened food shall be placed in sealed container. Observed milk being transported to class rooms and not on ice. Milk transported shall be placed on ice to container level. #7 Observed digitatl thermometer in need of replacement battery. #21 Observed staff restroom toilet seat loose in upper building. Tighten seat. #23 Observed paper towel dispenser jammed at back handwash sink in 2's. Repair paper towel dispenser. Other sink in class room present with paper towels. #27 Observed soapy water bottle in need of relabeling. Per caregiver sanitizer is sprayed on diaper changing surface. Ensure disinfectant is last thing that is sprayed on surface and let sit for 2 min. #34 Observed blocks in 3's, frayed floor rug in 4/5's, sticky tape residue on shelving throughout, play mat collecting debris in 4/5's, and bathroom mirror in need of replacement in 3's. #37 Observed crack in ceiling near light in 2's. Keep floors, walls, ceilings in good repair. #49 Observed in place riding tricycle on outside playground bent. Observed section of wood boarder missing with nail protruding. cca wood documentation will be recieved when Ms. Nyesha returns. Ms. Joy was present during inspection.
