Observed hot water 79F in kitchen. Hot water heater showed a power fail message on screen. Switch was turned on and water only heated to 80F.
The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). |

Observed water stained ceiling tiles in various classrooms and in hall near kitchen. Repeat. Observed torn/ripped doorsweep at exit doors in Preschool 2 and Prek 1 classrooms.
