Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a). 29. CRITICAL: Observed a can of aerosol spray sitting on the eletrical box in the backyard/playground. Remove. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 48. Observed rodent droppings under the kitchen sink cabinet. Clean, supervise the area, and provide pest control if more droppings are seen. Keep the facility free of rodents, insects and vermin. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (b).
