No demerits were issued for the following: 26. Observed Nemesis disinfectant being used at the diaper changing station. Contact time to kill virus that causes diarrhea is 5 minutes. Chlorine disinfectant was prepared during the inspection. **Prepare disinfectant between 500-800 ppm chlorine daily. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2801 (7). 29. Observed OdorBan being used as soapy water. OdorBan is listed as an all purpose cleaner with warnings about skin irritation if it comes in contact with skin. This item was removed during the inspection and replaced with soapy water. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). CRITICAL VIOLATION
