General Comment: #10. Observed four plastic containers stacked and stored on utensil shelving with moisture between containers. Thoroughly air-dry utensil/equipment before stacking and storing! Containers properly stored to allow air-drying.**Completely. air-dry all equipment and utensils before stacking or storing the items. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (h) #27. Observed missing screw/bolt on side on diaper changing table in 2's room. Replace missing screw/bolt on diaper changing table.**Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #32. Observed frayed edges on two sleeping cots. Sleeping cots with frayed edges replaced at time of inspection. Continue to monitor other sleeping cot for frayed edges.**Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a). #39. Observed (1) light fixture not working in toddler room. Replace blown light bulbs or repair light fixture.**Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). #44. Observed missing drain plug in dumpster. Replace missing drain plug in dumpster.**Install dumpster drain plug to prevent insect and vermin nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d). No CCA wood present.
