General CommentsNOTE: Previous violation has been rectified. The water sampling kit has been ordered which I observed on site during the inspection. Will follow-up and ensure sample is collected and sent back to the lab. Observed no updated results for lead testing. Website is showing 1/19/22. During the last inspection, Clean Water for Carolina Kids stated that the last order was not received so that order would be canceled. New kit needed to be re-ordered. **15A NCAC 18A .2816 (b) (1) Child care operators, as defined under G.S. 110-86(7), shall test, once every three years, all water outlets used for drinking or food preparation.
