Observed wall paint peeling in class 4 at hand sink and in infants near food prep sink. Observed water stained ceiling tiles in hallway and in closed class 6. Observed wall racks used for storing cleanind/sanitizing/disinfecting solutions rusted in variuos classrooms. Observed carpet fraying at joint between carpet and tile florring in class 4.
