-Observed an old/used egg crate storing screws in the 4 year old room. Informed Ms. Fisher not to use crates that previously contained eggs (risk of Salmonella).
Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
