General Comments

Elizabeth Carson was present during the inspection. #7 - Observed the refrigerator thermometer fallen to the back of the refrigerator in the care rooms. **Keep the thermometers at the warmest part of the refrigerator and visible upon opening. #34 - Observed used egg carton stored in art supply area. **Discontiune use of used egg cartons to prevent cross contamination.
