Observed very loose toilet seat inside (pre-school) classroom in need of tightening. #23 Handwashing sinks must be free of storage. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). Observed numerous classrooms storing misc storage underneath drain lines of hand washing sinks. #29 All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed aerosol shave cream stored not behind lock and key in majority of classrooms (project / lesson prior week). Observed (magic erasers) stored accessible inside (Pre-K) classroom; Observed (Borax) stored accessible inside (Pre-School) classroom; Observed (baby oil, Borax) stored accessible inside (school age) classroom.
