NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #21 - Observed cleaning needed on the back of the toilet in preschool B. Facility has adjusted faucets to run for 15 seconds or more but they are still running a little short. EHS recommended keeping an eye on these. **Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #39 - Observed dusty ceiling vent in infant and preschool B bathrooms. **Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b). 49 - Observed equipment and buckets collecting standing water within fence of playground where gardening is done. Water had frozen from cold weather but is now starting to melt. **Keep the property free of standing water. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (b).
