Observed small rip in diaper changing pad in toddler room BLabel bottles.#29 Observed key in lock of drawer containing Vaseline. Key was removed and only 1 child present with teacher. A PROVISIONAL CLASSIFICATION will be issued in the following inspection if key is not at 5 ft height or HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS are stored not behind lock and key. #32 Observed rip in infant mat in infant room B. Room is not in use at time. Keep all mats in good repair.#37 Observed baseboard peeling in restroom of Pre K, and in class room of toddler A. Observed water stained ceiling tile in storage closet near front desk. Keep floors, walls, and ceilings in good repair.Ms. Thompson was present during inspection.
