Kristie Spruill was present during the inspection.#1 - Observed the care giver walked away to the cubbie area to document the diaper change before washing her hands. The care giver immediately returned to the dipaering station to wash her hands. **Ensure that washing hands is the last step of the diaper change before leaving the diaper changing area. **Wash hands when required. 15A NCAC 18A .2803 (a)#21 - Observed one toilet seat as not secure in the preschool restroom, and the counter backsplash was damaged at the diaper station hand washing sink in the infant room.. **Keep all toilet and sink fixtures in good repair.#27 - Observed a basket with dirty wash clothes and bibs was stored on top of the refrigerator in the infant room. **Store all soiled bibs/clothes/linens out of reach of the children.
