Joann Boyd was present during the inspection.#31 - Observed napkins were stored in the cabinet under the sink in the pre-school room. **Do not store toys and equipment under exposed sewer drains. **Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a).
