GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #7. Provide an accurate thermometer in all refrigerators. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h). Observed no thermometer in refrigerator located in kitchen. #10. Highchair feeding trays, shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (e). Observed build up under high chair feeding trays in toddler classroom. #11. Provide sanitizer test kit. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (g). Observed no test strips to test sanitizer or disinfectant within center. #49. Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). Observed fencing knocked out of place on playground. Per discussion with staff the recent earthquake knocked the fencing out of place and playground is closed until fencing can be repaired.
