No Points Deducted: 21. Observed the restroom sink faucets pitting. Replace to ensure they are smooth and easily cleanable. Keep handwashing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). 25. CRITICAL: Observed sanitizer at the diaper changing tables. Infant room changed diapers and cleaned the changing table with the sanitizer. Informed the employees of the violation. Replaced with disinfectant bottles. Follow the rule below. To clean and disinfect diapering surface: 1) Spray soapy water onto surface 2) Wipe off soapy water 3) Spray disinfectant onto surface until surface is glistening wet 4) Let disinfectant sit for at least 2 minutes or until air dry. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d). -CV #29 has been corrected.
