(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 4. Observed fridge temp registering at 50F in room 4. Temp knob was adjusted and temperature quickly fell down to <45F. 12. Observed bottle warmer collecting dried build up in room 4. Bottle warmers shall be cleaned daily or when visibly soiled. 27. Caregiver (verebally) described diaper change process incorrect in class room #5. Per caregiver childs hands were wiped before caregivers. Follow correct diaper changing procedure. 30. Observed disinfectant cleaning solution stored below 5 ft. in room 4. 34. Observed stain on carpet in room 6, with sticky tape residue present on shelving in room 2. Observed slight rip in blue foot stool in in room 3. Keep all furniture items clean and in good repair. 35. Observed toy cleaning process described in room 5 and 4 as washing, rinsing, and disinfecting (spray). **In areas where children are not toilet trained, small mouth contact toys shall be washed, rinsed, sanitized (submerged for 2 minutes), and allowed to air dry, after use and more frequently when visibly dirty. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a). **In areas where children are not toilet trained, large mouth contact toys and toys not designed to be submerged shall be washed, rinsed in place, sprayed with a sanitizing solution, and allowed to air dry, after use and more frequently when visibly dirty. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a). **In areas where children are not toilet trained, cloth toys must be laundered and mechanically dried after each use or washed, rinsed, sanitized, and allowed to air dry. 15A NCAC 18A ..2822 (a). 48. Observed several dead bugs located in electrical closet in room 6. Continue to utilize pest management company. Ms. Taylor was present during inspection.
