General Comments

Natasha Kennedy was present during the inspection. Provided a CCA Wood Form to fill out and retain for records.#12 - Observed the food prep sink drain (floor drain) is clogged. **Keep all kitchen equipment in good repair.#23 - Observed no hand washing sign was posted at the hand washing sink in room4 (vacant) restroom. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e)#29 - Observed caulk (with several warnings) was left in a box in the "Village". The caulk was moved to a locked area during the inspection. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #39 - Ensure that the track light bulbs are shatterproof in room 2. **Light bulbs must be shatterproof or shielded. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a).
