General Comments

Ms.Ardella Malone was present during the inspection.**The wall to wall carpet was last cleaned on 8/14/2013**Records indicate that CCA treated wood was last treated on 11/9/2011. Next sealing/staining is due by 11/9/2013.General Comments:#7 - Observed the refrigerator thermometer was pushed to the back of the refrigerator behind several items. **All thermometers in refrigerators shall be stored in the warmest part of the refrigerator and located to be easily readable. See rule .2806 (h) (1). #27 - Observed some children in pull-in training diapers. **Ensure that pull-up training pants are changed are directed by the "Toilet Training Procedure" handout provided. Provide a cleanable mat for the restroom.A care giver in one of the care rooms stated that soiled clothing was stored in the children's cubbies. **Soiled cloth diapers, training pants, or clothes shall be stored out of reach of the children. See rule .2819 (f). #44 - Observed the knobs at the exterior can wash were accessible during the inspection. **Ensure that a fully-functioning can wash is available. Provide device to operate water.
