General Comment:/ No Points Deducted! #21. Remove glob of caulking from around faucet fixture on hand washing sink in front classroom and recaulk/reseal faucet fixture to hand washing sink. Repairs shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Monitor rust starting to form on base of stall fixture in boys after school bathroom and repair if needed.***Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #34. Touch-up paint blue shelving in front classroom near hand washing sink.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #48. Remove piles of leaves from playground area when weather permits. Replace missing crawl space vent cover on base of crawl space near kitchen(locked fenced in area). Spread pile of mulch located outside of playground fencing near parking area.***Composting areas and worm bins shall be covered and maintained to prevent attracting rodents or vermin. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (h). #49. Continue to monitor playground fencing and repair any loose or damaged boards if needed!. Monitor facia board on back corner of playground near parking lot side of daycare.
