Observed refrigerator in infant room.When food is prepared in a classroom, the classroom shall be equipped with an approved hand washing sink, and when needed, an adequate refrigerator. 15A NCAC 18A .2810 (f). Food prep area not previously approved by health department, informed of requirements. Director stated that food prep will cease in classroom and be transferred back to the kitchen. If a food perpetration area is to be added the Department will make an onsite visit upon request to ensure that the food prep area will meet the minimum requirements.39. Observed bathroom light not properly functioning, lighting level low in restroom.Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a).
