General Comment: #12. Observed tape still on "clean" sippy cups provided by center in kitchen area. Thoroughly clean/remove tape from sippy cups.***Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) #21. Tightly secure hand washing sink to wall in bathroom shared between pre school 2A and 2B. Replace missing aerator on hand washing sink in bathroom not being used in toddler 2 room.**Keep handwashing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #37. Monitor hair line crack along ceiling and around door framing throughout in classrooms on right hand side of daycare and repair if needed. Touch-up paint corner of wall near hand washing sink in pre school 2A. Nicole Pendergast present at time of inspection.
